Hydraulic Cylinders

We can rebuild your leaky cylinders with rebuilt pistons, chrome plated rods and new seals or piston rings.

If the cylinders are gauged or serrated, it will be metalized, ground and honed to proper tolerances and then assembled with piston and new seals.  It will be pressure tested to the specifications required for that particular cylinder.

Prior to the introduction of the polishing and cleaning of dies, molds, and hot runner systems required extraordinary amounts of time, labor and patience. These crucial and necessary surface finishing steps were once performed by highly skilled craftsmen. Yet despite their skill and dedication, the results of their laborious, hand-finishing efforts were often unpredictable and inconsistent.

Magorien has developed a highly efficient engineering solution to replace worn out bushings of tablet/pill presses. We will replace them with new bushings and hone them to match perfectly with the corresponding punches for pharmaceutical industries. This will save the life of the punch dies and reduce down time, allowing longer life for the press.
